Did you miss it? I almost did because the new City Mini GT stroller looks almost identical to the regular City Mini.
This year, this month actually, Baby Jogger just released their new version of the Mini which is a bit larger and a bit more rugged than the original.
Both the new 2012 GT and the 2012 CM are upgraded over the 2011 model year. They both are a bit larger and they both have a redesigned underseat basket frame gvin better access to the under seat stroage.
The GT City Mini however goes a step further by redesigning the handelbar and brake system putting the brake on the handle and then makign the whole bar adjustable for the comfort of the parent.
I am a rather tall man and I love this feature. I can adjust the bar to make it more comfortable for my use and my wife can just switch it back when she uses it.
Anyway, in addition to these chnages the best upgrade of them all has to do with the front wheel. It's not a single wheel that'sa bit bigger and air fileld. Actually it's a air foam that won't ever deflate but it feels more like air which makes the ride for the baby noticably smoother.
I'll update the blog again in the future with a bit more on this strolelr but from what I gather there are other new Baby Jogger strollers coming soon too which I'll have to research and post on.
